Dispatch and delivery estimates
Orders are prepared as promptly as possible. The delivery estimate and any applicable charge are shown during the ordering process and confirmed with the order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, public holidays, customs or circumstances outside our control.
Spain and UK delivery
Standard delivery is free for orders sent to Spain and the United Kingdom.
International delivery
International delivery is available for a small fee shown during the ordering process. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Destination-country requirements and customs
Customers ordering outside Spain are responsible for checking whether the products may lawfully be imported into their destination. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, reject or seize parcels, and local taxes, duties or handling charges may apply. RJS CBD cannot guarantee clearance by a destination authority.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
Please contact info@rjscbd.com as soon as possible, including the order number and clear photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available resolution.
Returns
Unused and unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Customers normally cover return postage unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Order cancellations
Contact us promptly if an order needs to be cancelled. An order that has already been dispatched cannot be stopped, but an eligible unopened product may be returned using the process above.
