Product information

We aim to present product names, ingredients, sizes, strengths, prices and images accurately. Packaging may change and colours can vary between screens. CBD products are not medicines, and website information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Prices, availability and ordering

Prices are displayed in euros unless stated otherwise. Availability and final order details are confirmed during checkout. An order is accepted when confirmation is issued. We may contact a customer if an obvious pricing, availability or address error prevents fulfilment.

Delivery and international orders

Delivery terms are set out on the Delivery & Returns page. Customers are responsible for checking destination-country laws and import requirements. Customs authorities may inspect, delay, reject or seize parcels, and local charges may apply.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

Eligible RJS CBD products may be purchased as a recurring subscription through the MONEI subscription checkout. Subscription customers receive 10% off the current full retail price used when the subscription is created, with billing every one month or every three months as selected during signup. The amount and frequency are shown before payment.

The first subscription payment is taken when the subscription is activated. Further payments are then taken automatically at the chosen interval until the subscription is cancelled. Subscription delivery is free to Spain and the United Kingdom. International subscription deliveries carry a flat €10 delivery charge per billing cycle.

Customers can use the secure subscription-management link supplied after signup to pause or resume a subscription, skip a billing cycle, or request cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Changes apply according to the subscription status and billing cycle shown in the management area. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Eligible unused and unopened products may be returned in accordance with the Delivery & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.

Website content and intellectual property

RJS CBD names, logos, written content, photography, graphics and website design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. They may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission.

Responsible use of the website

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material or use its content unlawfully.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where it cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, RJS CBD is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the website, failure to check destination-country import rules, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
