How to use CBD Oil

 

  • Incorporate CBD oil into your self-care routine, applying 1 to 3 times.

  • Start with 1 to 3 drops, or just enough to cover the area.

  • If using more than 10 drops, consider using a higher concentration CBD oil.

Customised Dosage

 

The dosing pipette allows the absorption of approximately 20 drops of CBD, equivalent to 1 ml. One full pipette contains approx. 20 drops. Start with low doses and adjust according to needs. To fill the pipette, squeeze the dropper and release.

 

This mildly concentrated oil may be suitable for people who are just starting out with CBD.There is no one dose of CBD that works for everyone equally. To begin with, it is recommended to start with low doses, lower than those recommended, and wait 15 days before gradually increasing the number of drops. The effects of CBD can be subtle, it is recommended to wait to evaluate its real impact.
