Cancel your order
 

If you've changed your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. This period runs from the day you receive your items.

Just complete the form below and we'll email you confirmation of your request. What happens next depends on where your order is:
 

• Not yet dispatched — we'll cancel it straight away and refund you in full. There's nothing to return.

• Already on its way or delivered — you can still cancel. Return the items to us within 14 days of telling us, and we'll refund you in full (including standard delivery) within 14 days of receiving them back.

Please note that some products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal — for example, sealed items that can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons once opened. If this affects your order, we'll let you know.
